Johnstown, Pennsylvania June 15, 2010 — The Holiday Inn -Downtown Johnstown was recently recognized as Most Improved Overall Customer Service and Product Satisfaction Score 2009/2010 in the Holiday Inn Brand for the Western Pennsylvania Region. The region includes over 40 hotels. The award was presented at the annual Intercontinental Hotels Group Holiday Inn Brand Performance Town Hall meeting in Monroeville in May.
